Re: End

Hi @Jaz0 and welcome 🙂

I am sorry you are suffering SI (suicidal ideation). It's good you've joined the forums here, where you can chat to people and feel less alone hopefully.

I'm wondering if you have any professional support for your depression? E.g. a trusted GP, counselor or psychologist /psychiatrist?

A handy forum tip for connecting with people is if you type @ and click on a name in the drop-down box, that person will get a notification and won't miss your reply. 🙂

( @Former-Member  , I wonder if we could move this to another section of the board, for people to find it more easily, if you agree that is?)

Re: End

Hi @Jaz0

Just in case you haven't seen it, an email has been sent your way to check on you and your safety.

I truly hope you are feeling some relief now and have been able to ride the wave.

May I offer you a line from one of my favourite poems that often helps me when I am feeling this way?

''Let everything happen to you.
Beauty and terror.
Just keep going.
No feeling is final.''

Wishing you all the best
