Anxiety attacks

I feel so ashamed to have anxiety and when I have 3 anxiety attacks in 2 days it's painful and I can't control when I have one and arguments make me feel worse and have more it's embarrassing and scary I have tears during an attack only way to control it is to have someone near me and be near a window I can put my hand on and someone to remind me to breathe can anyone else give me advice or can relate to me.

Re: Anxiety attacks

@Evie1 anxiety is my constant companion. Can only aim for small windows of break and relaxation. It is a tough life for us.

Re: Anxiety attacks

But to me it's painful and it takes me days to come back and be me even with medication
