Living amongst eggshells

Hi! I’m new.

Anyone else living with a person who has anger management and somewhat controlling issues ?

Things have improved over the years but today ... is one of those days where I am walking around eggshells. Sigh.

And yes, I am a support person for this person 😕

Feeling like a cry, but at the same time feeling like I’m not allowed to. Isn’t that sad ?

Hello @Hope41

Feeling like a cry but feeling like  am not allowed to is something that I have often felt.

Sending love @Hope41, and can relate to that feeling Heart It's really not a nice feeling, to be on eggshells around people we love. How can we stand tall if we don't have stability? What do you do when you're feeling like that, do you have something that centres you and restores some calm?
