Feeling The Blues!

Hi ,

Whenever I feel depressed I would go in my app called "Insight Timer".  There are a lot of helpful talks, relaxing music to hear, specialised music therapy etc by professional supporters. Or you can find some relaxation videos on YouTube!  I have!  🙂

How are you travelling? Sorry to only be jumping in to this thread now! 

 

I'm a big user of insight timer, I love being able to set up the timer for my own meditation as well as listening to guided meditations.

 

Thanks for sharing what helps when you're feeling the blues. I wanted to let you know as well you can introduce yourself on this thread here with three random facts about yourself. Or if you are keen to share tips and tricks for managing mental health check out the the looking after yourself area of the forums too.
