Peer group meeting?

Hi,  iHi,  I was talking to a counsellor about my 24 daughter who has struggled with anxiety and depression for 10 years.  She suggested a peer group meeting to openly discuss her issues with others may be some benefit.    Any lead would be most appreciated as we are struggling to find appropriate care in the local area  ( country vic). that is not several months away.  Shepparton Albury region would be closest. Thx

Re: Peer group meeting?

Hi @Ticker

My husband benefited from GROW a peer support group.  You can do a search for services on the carer gateway site - here is the link.

Hi Ticker, also the EverythingCarers.org website has a great directory which you can narrow down into topics. Good Luck
