Hospital

Just wanting to k ow if anyone has been hospitalised for depression 

and what to possible expect 

 

I'm avoiding it at all costs but my therapist is strongly suggesting I look into it

I was hospitalised for psychosis. It was like being back in primary school in a way - there were lots of activities run during the day that we were strongly recommended to take part in to help us in our recovery, lots of busy nurses, and a lot of things we weren't allowed to do.

I guess I'm reluctant to go to hospital because I don't see how it would recovery 

 

what is done there that cannot be done on the outside 

I've lost almost everything I have the only little comfort I have left is my home
