All these vitamins. Even rosemary is meant to be good for cognition @TAB. I'll check B1 but will do the audio for now. I checked out Gaia herbs for their formula and they were 4 tablets a day at $80 a bottle - ridiculous and it only lasts 2 weeks!!! Nobody can afford supps anymore
