SANE's Policies

To create brighter futures for all people and families challenged by complex mental health issues, SANE believes in following the highest ethical and behavioural standards.

The policies SANE has developed across our organisation reflect our core values of respect, responsibility, celebration, innovation and collaboration. We are also guided by health sector best practice and current state and federal legislation.

Our Values and Behaviours

To achieve our goals, SANE will reflect our core values in everything we do.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy sets out how SANE collects, holds, protects, uses and discloses your personal information. It also sets out your rights and how you can access and control the information we get from you.

Our Feedback and Complaints Policy

SANE encourages and actively seeks feedback from service users, advocates, employees, members of the public or any other entity. All feedback and concerns that are raised will be addressed in way that ensures access and equity, fairness, accountability, and transparency.

SANE recognises that feedback and complaints are an integral part of quality improvement systems and a valuable resource for evaluating strengths and weaknesses in new and existing policies, systems, and services at SANE.

Other policies

Across all our organisation, we put policies in place that reflect our core values.
