Back pain is the worst going by what I've read @TAB. Please take care of yourself today. You need some kind of relief.

Just look after yourself today @TAB. Are you able to get out of bed and chairs ok? Whenever Ive had a pinched nerve in my back it was painful. Could not walk etc. I know its not the same but can't imagine the pain and inconvenience you're in. My blood sugars are up and have neuropathy in my foot again. I guess just keep walking. Bought some more jiaogulan tea this morning. May go back to bed. House looks like a nuclear fallout zone lol
