think was tested for everything when in WA @greenpea @Gremlin24  did gas test for ulcers etc anyway

I have diverticulitis which can get inflamed , and currently taking weight loss meds again which really put things out of whack this time. vaguely remember being told dont have Crohns

at least not hot here today @greenpea  been way cooler since yest morning okay warmer than I thought, 19deg, 4am; house cooled down during the day yest. checked next weeks forecast high 20s and low 30s lol yay ..

@Gremlin24  thats hard Gremlin24.  my mental nurse says it will only get worse with pdocs and same with nurses. government hasnt had their collective eye on the ball. hope you get some rest todayxx

night guys, trying sleep again here. usually I do 2hrs at a time, then 1 , then give up and get up lol @greenpea  @Gremlin24

can still get hot days here in Aprilok in 30s, just dift heat and cools down at night and not 3-5 hot days at a time lol , so yeah, summer heat for autumn heat here

@TAB that must be frustrating for you.

 

Maybe it's just flared up again cos of the medications and the combination of diverticulitis. But I really hope it settles down for you soon.
