Re: Tabaluga

Routine cab be good @SmilingGecko  just at cheap shop waiting for it to open lol

Spent so much at Coles cannot believe it. Noticed otc pain meds gone up like 30% in last month. Prices same. 16 tabs now , not 20 or 24 lol

Re: Tabaluga

I try to stick to routine as much as possible @TAB Mental illness is a vata disease in Ayurveda and it responds to routine. Vata can get turbulent its like both wind and water combined which is why I don't do stimulants like caffeine anymore. Would rather be in a state of calm. Ever since I gave up coffee and cocoa have never looked back. It would be nice to indulge in caffeine but I do better omitting it. Vata rules creativity and you are more creative pacifying vata.

Yes I bought a lot at Woolies, the prices really have gone up! I prefer shopping online as I can edit my cart for what is essential only but even then it can be difficult. The prices still go up! I haven't checked my medicine prices but my mad meds got reduced to 28 tablets a month I think and not 30. That was a long time ago.

Just had a shower and styled my hair. Love my DIY thermal heat protectant hair spritz. It contains everything big brands have minus the chemicals and price tag. I surprise myself with styling as my hair really does well on it.  It only contains 3 things - aloe vera water, aloe vera gel and castor oil. Wish I could make my own hair volumizer powder, that would be a good idea. I did check the ingredients on the label. May go try making my own lol

Re: Tabaluga

I was buying this and it cost me $28 @TAB

Just found a recipe from AI that uses baby (talc free) powder, bicarb and rosemary essential oil. It would save me quite a bit of money each month. They say for lighter hair you can add kaolin clay. For added hold/texture add bentonite clay or rice starch

Re: Tabaluga

yes, they were def handpicked re 'mad' @Glisten  eg eng commandos and SAS glorified yet German special forces never mentioned. quite successful apparently lol

also may battles that never hear of were big losses for allies, even when war already lost.

..any hoo ..

Re: Tabaluga

That will keep you busy in the garden @TAB you will love growing your own things it is lovely having soil through your hands! I'm just back from a walk. It was warm out there. Just doing blood irradiation then will put clothes on the line. The hair volumizer is a powder not a spray. I don't know how much of it I use each month (not much as its still full) but I don't think its worth the price. Can buy a years supply worth by making my own. Don't know how good it will be but will give it a go! Its very satisfying making your own.
