@TABs TABs my eldest has problems with his colon cant think of what it is called atm .... ahhhh it is called crohns disease.  have you been checked for this?

Thanks @greenpea. I hope so. I still need more sleep but it's just not happening.

@Gremlin24  have you got much on today? or can you catch a cat nap during the day.  im a lol so am used to not sleeping well.

@greenpea i don't have much on but it's just that I can't sleep for more than 30 minutes at a time before waking up having panic attacks regardless of whether it's day or night.

@Gremlin24  that is terrible.  i had panic attacks driving and had to give it up but my sleep is ok.  have you got a good psychiatrist?  so hard to get to see one these days there is a real shortage.

@greenpea that sucks. It's been like this for over 8 weeks now. Nah i don't have anyone other than my gp.
