Change of Lifestyle
So...
I used to get alot of chest pains through out the day. I had trouble breathing. I had panic attacks. I woke up middle of night gasping for air. My legs used to shake after taking few flight of stairs. I felt physically weak and helpless. I lacked confidence. I doubted myself. It was all about self pity.
I started exercising daily. Muscle weakness is now gone. I can take stairs without issues. Chest pains are gone too. I am also able to breath and sleep at night.
In the past, Doctors and Specialists, had diagnosed me with grave muscular disease that I did end up in wheelchair. Sometimes Doctors can get it wrong. Sometimes all it takes is self belief and massive amount of action on your part to overcome anything. Doctors should never be put on pedestal. They can make mistakes.
What also helped was by reading about people overcoming insurmountable odds. That gave me alot of hope. I kept training and only stopped when there was chronic pain, thats how i was able to overcome mental block. Now I can run and do things an ordinary person can do.
When I start think too good about myself, I get complacent and stop taking action. In 12 step recovery groups, they speak about how it makes you relapse. Dont get too comfortable and complacent. Recovery is a life long journey.
So, the things that help me along the way:
Exercise, Reading books, Cutting ties with false friends, energetic music like Metallica, spending time with your pets, gardening, shadow boxing, lifting weights, working, writing good qualities about yourself on piece of paper and reading it daily, playing sport - tennis, soccer, omega 3 fish oils, vit D tablets, 3 litres of water, Organic apple cider vinegar (opens sinuses), support groups, being thankful to higher power for progress, writing in your journal, spend time with loved ones...
Just thought I share my personal experience. Just dont let a diagnosis dictate your life.

Thanks so much for sharing all of those experiences @Mavrixx9 🙂 It is great to hear what you have found helpful when you were experiencing panic attacks and a grave muscular disease, especially when you found yourself in a wheelchair but then were able to really push yourself to challenge the doctors and find ways of keeping yourself active and found yourself walking, that's amazing.

Excellent post. For me I'd replace Metallica with pan flute by Prince of Equator lol.
I'd also add "muscle tensioning excercises" they worked wonders for me and have been doing them for 30 years every night before sleeping.
A while ago here I talked about "switching mindsets". I came up with the idea when I was due for my walk and said to myself "I will miss it today". I decided that, from that moment on, I'd always physically do the opposite of what my mind wanted to do. So my mind was my worse enemy. That meant immediately rise from my seat and "do it"!!
It isn't an easy thing to do but it can transform your life just like you have done @Mavrixx9 . well done
