I wanted to talk to someone online at sane/

I wanted to do an online chat but it says chat is not available. It is 2:20 pm here for me in WA.

Re: I wanted to talk to someone online at sane/

Sorry to hear that @Powderfinger. The SANE Help Centre is a pretty small team (compared to lifeline for example) so they can reach capacity quickly. That's often the explanation when it's not available during opening hours. Hoping it frees up soon or you're able to connect with another service 🌻

Re: I wanted to talk to someone online at sane/

Thanks for the info. Where is SANE helpline based. I'm in WA so can be many hours behind wherever you are.

Hi @Powderfinger

SANE is located on the eastern side of Australia so any times that are mentioned are in (AEST) Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Thanks, Radius
