Today is 444 days since I was sexually assaulted and my OCD is having a field day.

Why do I stupid obsess over numbers with no significance and turn them into a reason to be triggered....

@The-red-centaur , I am so sorry my friend. Even without your ocd you will be triggered by that date it is so fresh and it takes years, well it took me years to forget the actual date things happened to me. Don't be too hard on yourself darling. Sending you gentle, protective hugs
