I struggle at night time too @Melanie-cat, especially when my insomnia is bad. I've found listening to audiobooks and podcasts to be helpful. ๐ง
Sometimes I just get up, make a cuppa, and snuggle on the sofa with a book. ๐ต ๐
I also do guided meditation (mixed success) and when all else fails, I have medication.
I've never once meant ducking either ๐ ๐ป
